CML Sales Enablement Specialist II

Job Summary Join the fast‑paced Commercial Banking Sales Enablement Team as a Commercial Sales Enablement SpecialistII. Support sales teams across Huntington’s footprint, driving sales execution and results through research, proposal development, RFP responses, relationship reviews, sales tools administration, and more. Responsibilities Provide strategic sales support and fulfillment to sales colleagues across Commercial Banking segments, managing processes, coordination, and execution. Contribute to the creation, writing, and editing of RFP responses for prospective/current Commercial Bank customers, including scope discussions, project management, team coordination, content contribution, deliverable accountability, and quality reviews. Prepare strategic sales presentations for relationship managers/bankers to present to customers or prospects, customizing content with brand messaging. Complete relationship reviews for Treasury Management relationship managers to support their meetings with current customers. Utilize customer data and market trends to determine value‑add needed to attain market‑based objectives. Participate in departmental meetings, planning, and discussions; provide administrative sales support as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of RFP development experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Project management experience. Business writing experience, preferably in B2B materials, with the ability to turn content into a compelling story. Results‑oriented with proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results under strict deadlines. Ability to manage relationships both up and down the management chain. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $57,000 – $113,000 annually. Eligible for an applicable incentive compensation plan.
