ENT and Allergy Associates of Texas and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC are seeking self‑motivated, people‑friendly Full Time Call Center Agents for our Corporate office location. Job Duties Answering phone calls and assisting patients/physicians needs Scheduling patient appointments Taking messages Assisting the office manager and physician as needed Job Requirements NextGen/EMR experience is a plus Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance is a plus Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be able to work as a team Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours (must be flexible to work between 8am and 8pm CST) 100% onsite at Corporate office in Sugar Land - TX Benefits We offer a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage.
