Location: Humble, TX

Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Dean's Professional Services is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Call Center Agent to support a leading healthcare organization in Humble, TX . This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare customer service professional who enjoys helping patients, answering questions, and providing timely and professional support in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide professional, courteous assistance to patients, families, and healthcare customers.
• Respond to questions regarding appointments, services, and general healthcare-related inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments as needed.
• Collect and accurately document patient information and call details.
• Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate department or healthcare professional.
• Provide clear and accurate information while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation of calls, requests, and follow-up activities.
• Use computer systems and electronic records to access and update information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting department productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely resolution of patient needs.
• Perform other call center and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of medical or healthcare-related experience required.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
