Job Description

Join our customer, a trusted supplier of rubber and plastic components, as a Production Worker. In this hands-on role, you’ll support high-volume production by assembling, weighing, tubing, and packaging materials used in critical applications. Work takes place in a clean, organized environment that prioritizes safety and precision. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals seeking stability and long-term growth in the manufacturing industry

Responsibilities

• Perform weighing, tubing, dispensing, and packaging of materials
• Manually close tubes using screw caps
• Operate dispensing guns/fillers accurately and safely
• Maintain accurate inventory control and product counts
• Assemble kits including boxing and labeling in compliance with production standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in detailed production work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Excellent attendance and reliability required
• Must pass pre-employment screening

The base salary range for this position is $31,200–$33,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
