Production Operator

Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Position: Machine Operator Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our 1st Shift team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring equipment, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials from machines.
• Set up and adjust machines as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow production instructions, work orders, and safety procedures.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues to a supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately complete production and quality paperwork.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality.
• Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Must be able to wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines.
