2nd Shift Production Operator

Location: Avon, Ohio Shift: 2nd Shift Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour Position: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for dependable and hardworking Production Operators to join our team in Avon, Ohio. This position involves working in a manufacturing environment, operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Job Duties

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely.
• Assemble and package products according to specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Complete production paperwork and documentation.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be dependable and have good attendance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to safely lift and move materials as required.

Schedule & Pay

Monday – Friday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM $15.50 per hour
