Qualifications Certifications and Licensures BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required RN (Registered Nurse) license is required ACLS Certification, if required by department Nurse Specialty certification is preferred Education Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred Experience 18 months of RN experience is required.
