Concrete Production Worker

Concrete Production Worker Automation Personnel Services is looking for production workers for a concrete company in Tampa, FL. This position involves working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, performing physical labor, and assisting with the production and finishing of concrete products. Pay Rate $17.00 Schedule and Hours Shift is 7am-3:30pm plus overtime Duties and Responsibilities Place, pour, and finish concrete for various products and projects Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools Repair imperfections such as cracks, bug holes, and damaged areas Apply sealants, curing compounds, and waterproofing materials Follow instructions from foremen and maintain safety standards at all times Work in outdoor conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, squatting, and standing for long periods Qualifications and Requirements 2+ years of concrete finisher, precast experience or construction experience.
