Improvado, an AI-powered marketing data platform, is hiring a Technical Support Team Lead to build automation and AI layers that keep our support fast, reliable, and scalable. You will lead a small team that runs on top of these systems and shape how we embed AI into everyday support work. You will own tooling across ticket triage, reply drafting, knowledge base upkeep, and quality checks, mentor analysts, ensure SLAs, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to iterate on #J-18808-Ljbffr Improvado
