As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Selinsgrove Center, you will perform the following duties:Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in physical condition and behaviorMedication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to policyClinical Support: Assist with diagnostic procedures, provider rounds, and collection of specimensCare Coordination: Communicate with team members to support continuity of careProgram Implementation: Follow individual health plans and support personal care routinesSafety Practices: Participate in emergency responses and maintain compliance with required trainingWork hours and additional information:Full-time employmentWork hours are: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PMYou will have rotating break days with every other weekend off.Travel and overtime as needed.The Department of Human Services provides excellent benefits, pay increases, paid leave and holidays, as well as opportunities for career advancement.
