Client Service Coordinator - Associate

Job Title
12 week assignment Will work 30 hours a week for 12 weeks. Cover phones and the front desk operational duties including mail and check log. Order supplies, stationery, licensing, and expense reports Support advisors with basic administrative tasks where needed. Support the Interim Operations Leader in Branch Event Planning & Execution. OAR project contributions Branch Meeting Confirm wholesalers, order lunch, and take attendance.
