You're a top-performing Microsoft seller crushing quota in the SMB or mid-market space and ready for bigger deals, more strategic clients, and a chance to lead with AI-first solutions that move the needle in Retail

Moxie, a Microsoft Partner and Retail Technology leader, is hiring elite Sales Hunters to drive net-new revenue with Generative AI, Digital Transformation, and Azure Cloud services for mid-market retailers. This is a 100% net-new sales role. No legacy accounts. No farming. Your earnings are tied to your ability to hunt, win, and scale.

Your Mission: Sell retail modernizations with Microsoft AI

You'll own the full sales cycle across high-growth SMB accounts.

Lead sales for our AI-first solutions: Microsoft Copilots, Azure OpenAI agents, App Modernization, and D365/Power Platform transformations.

Work the channel: Use your Microsoft relationships (ACR, ECIF, Co-Sell) to drive pipeline with Microsoft field teams. Your contacts pick up because you bring results.

Team to close: Partner with elite Moxie solution architects and pre-sales professionals who understand retail + Microsoft and help you win faster.

Run your territory like a business: Pipeline, forecasting, and scale with significant upside tied directly to performance.

Who You Are

You're a quota-dominating hunter with deep Microsoft and Retail sales DNA:

7+ years of consultative sales experience with Microsoft Cloud (AI Copilots, Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics365) consistently exceeding $3 million annual sales targets

4+ years of proven success closing net-new logos in the retail space (supply chain, Frontline and Omni-channel operations)

Deep understanding of Microsoft channel mechanics and ability to drive co-sell with field sales (ACR, ECIF, CPOR, Incentives)

Track record of closing high-value services in GenAI, Cloud Modernization, and Digital Transformation

You thrive in lean, high-accountability environments where speed, ownership, and reward go hand in hand

Ability to travel at least 50% for customer meetings, partner, and industry events.
