Assistant Manager

Job Title: Assistant Facilities Manager The Assistant Facilities Manager will play a crucial role in supporting operations across seven sites—six in Houston and one in Dallas. This position requires monthly company-paid travel to the Dallas location. The Assistant Facilities Manager will serve as the primary on-the-ground link between the Facilities Manager and technician teams, helping to maintain efficiency and streamline operations. This role is essential for coordinating daily activities, ensuring accurate and timely task completion, and strengthening field presence. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between the Facilities Manager and technician teams. Coordinate daily activities across all sites to ensure smooth operations. Review and understand key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational performance. Manage purchase orders and assist with contract management. Support financial tracking and maintain organized documentation using Microsoft Office. Work closely with technicians to improve response times and operational efficiency. Essential Skills 2 years of facilities management experience. Proficiency in financial management and contract management. Strong skills in managing purchase orders and using the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication skills and experience in facilities maintenance. Understanding of KPIs and their application in operational settings. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2 years of managing or coordinating experience. Willingness to travel to Dallas once a month. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
