Floating Leasing Consultant The Viv on West Dallas Office Full Time Houston, TX, US Are you a motivated, professional individual with a passion for customer service and helping people find their perfect home? American Communities is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Floating Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations across our four properties. As a Floating Leasing Consultant, you will help create a welcoming and positive experience for prospective residents while supporting leasing goals and daily operations across multiple communities. Travel Requirement: Must be able and willing to travel to any of our four properties based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Showcase apartment homes and conduct property tours. Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process. Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. Support leasing goals, occupancy objectives, and property operations. Maintain accurate records and complete leasing-related administrative tasks. Collaborate with property teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality resident experience. Travel between properties as needed to provide leasing coverage and support. Qualifications At least one year of leasing and sales experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across multiple properties. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to all four properties as required. Why Join American Communities?
