Inventory AnalystWalton, KYCompensation includes a starting pay rate of $24-26/hourAvailable shift: 8am - 4pm, Monday-FridayThe Inventory Analyst is responsible for the control and accuracy of all inventory as it relates to all system transactions.Essential functions and key responsibilities:Reconciles IFS inventory transactions on a daily basisProcesses all PDN's, Product Defect Notifications, daily (inventory issue transactions)Facilitates all cycle counting: Schedules counts.Reconciles discrepancies and determines the root causesMakes inventory adjustments upon approval by established hierarchyRecords and tracks inventory accuracy for weekly KPI reportingPlays a major role in assisting the facilitation of all physical inventoriesResearches all inventory discrepancies, ensures accurate and thorough inventory management and recordsHas responsibility for preparation of production, inventory, and reconciliation reports and adjustmentsResponsible for Inventory Control and works closely with ERP systemsPerforms month end close preparations and transactions: Ensures all product is received in the system prior to closeEnsures all inventory and transaction reconciliation is complete and correct prior to month end closeEnsures IFS is scheduled to be turned off for month end close, at 7am, the first day of each monthRequirements:H.S. diploma or G.E.D.1 yr. in inventory control or accounting or other, relevant supply chain positionComputer literate in an ERP system and Microsoft Office with the ability to use workstations or RF scanners, email, copiers and printersExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailGood communication skills and a sense of urgencyAble to work independently at times and with minimal supervision but can also work easily as part of the team when neededDemonstrates initiative and good problem-solving skillsExperience driving a reach truck, cherry picker, forkliftStrong command of spoken and written English (native or near-native fluency)
