If your skills and experience are a good match for this role please apply today.Job Duties:Pick customer orders using an RF scannerPack and label products for shipmentWrap pallets and stage orders for shippingInspect products for accuracy and damageAssist with inventory counts and stock rotationMove materials throughout the warehouseOperate pallet jacks or forklifts (if trained)Maintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and guidelinesEducation Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.Experience Requirements:Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems. Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality. Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.Preferred Qualifications:Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Picker.Physical Capabilities:Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
