Company Overview Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) operates more than 2,200 company‑owned stores across North America, including Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus, and Wheel Works locations. Job Category Retail Position Summary The retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a unique hybrid role that serves as a key pipeline for future career‑growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care. This role primarily serves the customer through assessing needs, recommending appropriate products and/or services, performing entry‑level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services. Successful individuals will learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front‑end customer service and basic vehicle service tasks as required. Pay Range $16.00 – $23.90 per hour Responsibilities Customer service, sales and issue resolution – approximately 75% of time. Basic vehicle service tasks: oil changes, tire changes, and fluid service – approximately 25% of time. Store operations: opening/closing, inventory, and displays as needed. Growth and career development: may assist the Manager or act as Manager‑On‑Duty in certain circumstances to support development. Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front‑shop and back‑shop tasks. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid automobile driver’s license. Customer service orientation and career‑growth mindset. Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks. Ability to learn and operate store systems. Preferred Qualifications Two‑year degree or completion of a non‑traditional education, training program, or certification exhibiting a growth mindset. Previous consumer retail sales experience.
