We're looking for a dependable and empathetic Bank Customer Service Representative to support our customers during evening hours, when timely assistance is especially valued. In this remote call center role, you'll handle a variety of banking inquiries and transactions with professionalism and care, ensuring secure, accurate service while helping clients feel confident and supported outside of traditional business hours. Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
