RN - OR

The Operating Room RN will be responsible for coordinating and providing direct patient care for individuals undergoing surgical procedures. You will work collaboratively with a versatile team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality surgical services in a state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after surgery. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and manage patient care equipment. Ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures. Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff regarding patient outcomes and care plans. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in the state of Kansas, or eligible for licensure.
