Based in our Long Island office, this role offers immediate client contact and responsibility, with opportunities to work on complex litigation matters.Job Duties:Represent clients in tort and insurance defense litigation matters.Handle depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.Provide strategic counsel and assume responsibility for client matters from the outset.Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.Manage multiple assignments independently while maintaining attention to detail.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with excellent academic credentials.Admission to the New York Bar required.Minimum of 2 years of tort and insurance defense litigation experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Professional judgment, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills.Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients.Proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering high-quality work.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $110,000-$150,000.
