Client Relationship Coordinator

SUMMARY The Client Relationship Coordinator (CRC) will assist the Account Executive with basic account management duties such as facilitating morning meetings to review and assign recruiting priorities; organizing various processes for candidates and contractors such as interviews, offers and callouts; submitting candidate resumes to our healthcare clients after a thorough screening to ensure we are meeting client expectations; providing oversight of contractor timesheets and payroll; and other duties as assigned. Under the guidance of the Account Executive, the CRC will interact with key client contacts to facilitate the delivery of our staffing services. The CRC plays a central role in keeping their assigned recruiting team organized and updated on urgent client needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for the CRC role at HealthCare Support. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with Account Executive, internal team members and key client contacts Provide outstanding customer service at all times to clients and colleagues Respond in a timely manner to requests from recruiting team, Account Executive(s), key client contacts and other HSS team members Prepare daily progress reports on the performance of recruiting team and review the reports during morning meetings and other times as directed by the Account Executive Facilitate and lead daily team meetings to provide updates on open job orders and address questions, comments and/or concerns from the team Facilitate the candidate screening and submittal process Maintain consistent client communication and provide updates to the team so job orders can be filled in a timely manner Monitor candidate timesheets on a weekly basis, checking for errors and accuracy Provide quality control oversight along with the Account Executive on recruiting and account management processes Serve as the main point of contact for key client contacts if and when the Account Executive is unavailable The CRC may be asked to travel (overnight) to visit key client contacts on occasion Performs additional duties as requested by management REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree – preferred 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a customer service, sales or administrative role Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Workspace Organization Attention to detail Interpersonal communication PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT Ingenovis Health is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
