Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join a collaborative enterprise technology team supporting strategic IT initiatives. This role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are accurately translated into technical requirements while communicating technical solutions in a way that business users can easily understand.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications
• Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Create documentation including user stories, workflows, process diagrams, and functional specifications
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Track project deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Monitor service performance using KPIs and metrics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with vendor management, contracts, and SLA compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7-9+ years of Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or IT Analysis experience
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience collaborating across matrix organizations
• Understanding of IT systems, applications, integrations, and technology domains
• Experience working with KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous software development background
• Experience translating technical concepts for business users
• Utility or regulated industry experience
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis
• Experience working with vendors and managed service providers
• Familiarity with contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
