Job Title: Associate Service Center Representative
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Associate Service Center Representative to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid, temp to possible hire opportunity in Philadelphia, PA offers the chance to serve as a trusted resource for employees while helping to ensure efficient HR service delivery and onboarding operations. The position works closely with internal partners to address workforce related inquiries, maintain accurate employee information, and support a positive employee experience. Candidates who excel in customer service, communication, organization, and attention to detail will be well positioned for success.
Compensation:
$25.50/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday during normal business hours, 37.5 hour work week; onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Key Responsibilities of the Associate Service Center Representative:
Deliver responsive support to employees by handling inquiries related to workplace programs, policies, benefits, and employment processes through multiple service channels.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including preparation of employment documentation, monitoring pre hire requirements, and ensuring a smooth transition for new team members.
Maintain accurate employee records by entering, validating, and updating information within HR and business systems while safeguarding confidential data.
Facilitate issue resolution by providing initial guidance on employee concerns and directing complex matters to the appropriate resources when necessary.
Ensure timely completion of service requests by following established procedures, documenting interactions, and meeting operational service expectations.
Qualifications and Skills for the Associate Service Center Representative:
Prior experience in customer support, employee services, call center operations, HR administration, or a similar service focused environment preferred.
Ability to manage a steady volume of inquiries while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a strong focus on customer experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across various employee groups.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using business systems for recordkeeping, data management, or workflow tracking.
Detail oriented approach with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast paced environment.
