AI Delivery Lead - Copilot Studio Lead end-to-end delivery of AI Copilot agents for COO/PMO use cases, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Provide hands-on solution design using Microsoft Copilot Studio , prompt architecture, RAG, MCP, and connectors. Design RAG solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and custom connectors . Develop reusable prompt patterns and Power Automate workflows for agent orchestration. Implement enterprise governance and security using Entra ID , access controls, and data boundaries. Coordinate UAT, SME reviews, and stakeholder sign-off. Act as the primary delivery interface between vendor teams and client leadership.
