Community Connections & Family Navigator (Part-Time)

The Partnership for People with Disabilities (PPD) at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) is seeking a part-time Community Connections Specialist. This role focuses on outreach to families and communities, coordinating with the Center for Family Involvement (CFI) and partners to improve access to information and services for children and adults with disabilities.
