You'll receive hands-on training while working alongside an experienced team to build high-quality doors, windows, and architectural systems.If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Production Assembler I, you will:Assemble basic door, window, and framing components according to production specifications.Assist with glass installation, glazing, frame assembly, and panel preparation.Safely operate hand tools and basic production equipment, including drills, saws, and pneumatic tools.Follow established quality standards and manufacturing procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Stage materials and support production workflow to keep projects moving efficiently.Inspect parts for quality and report defects or concerns to senior assemblers or production leads.Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals.Work EnvironmentManufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, hand tools, and moderate noise levels.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required and provided as applicable.Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand movements are required throughout the shift.Why Join Euro-Wall?Stable, full-time employmentMonday-Friday scheduleOvertime opportunities availableOn-the-job training and career growth opportunitiesTeam-oriented work environmentOpportunity to build premium architectural products used across the countryApply today and start building your future with Euro-Wall!
