Home Care Assistant

Elderbee Care LLC is seeking Private In-Home Assistant to support elderly clients in their homes with daily living needs. We are a non-medical company. We are hiring for flexible day, night and weekends.With opportunity to pick up extra shifts. We are currently offering part-time positions.The ideal candidate brings not only experience, but also strong character, high integrity, and a genuine commitment to compassionate care. Able to work independently. Monday-Friday 2:30pm-9pm Saturday & Sunday 10am-9pm Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide medication reminders and help with basic health routines Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs Support mobility and transfers (including use of walkers, wheelchairs, or other aids) Offer companionship and engage the client in conversation and daily activities Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, and general organization Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or outings as needed Monitor and report changes in condition or behavior to family or medical personnel Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of caregiving or related experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent CPR/First Aid certification preferred Knowledge of safe patient handling and care techniques Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for the role) Must pass a background check and provide professional references Compassionate, kind, and patient Strong character and high personal integrity Reliable and dependable Emotionally mature and respectful Able to work independently with minimal supervision Job Title: Home Care Assistant Company: Elderbee Care LLC Location: Valley City ND Schedule: Part-Time, and/or Independent Contractors Compensation: $19.00 – $22 per hour, depending on experience Join Elderbee Care and help us provide meaningful, quality care to seniors in our community.
