Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, identifying presenting issues and client needs.

• Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans through a collaborative process with clients, evaluating goal attainment periodically.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients presenting with a range of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship-based issues.

• Lead couples therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and nurturing stronger relationships.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and case histories, compliant with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies as necessary, providing immediate support for clients in acute distress.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n
