Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to fully understand each client's background, mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Implement treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate client healing and growth.

• Create and manage personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific circumstances, establishing achievable goals and intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive, client-centered care.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, immediately assessing risk levels and developing appropriate safety plans as necessary.

• Document client interactions and treatment notes accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead support groups, psychoeducation classes, and workshops to enhance community engagement in therapeutic processes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
