Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, providing the flexibility to carry out clinical duties from any location within California. You will primarily interact with clients through secure telehealth platforms, conducting assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-ups, fostering an accessible and comfortable atmosphere for patients in various stages of psychological distress.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive virtual diagnostic interviews to assess client needs effectively.

• Developing and implementing personalized service plans tailored to individual client situations.
\n
• Providing clinical services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth.
\n
• Performing thorough psychosocial assessments and placement evaluations to determine appropriate care levels.

• Delivering case management and recovery support services in alignment with each client’s treatment goals.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions and outlining recovery strategies.
\n
• Consulting with multidisciplinary team members about relevant treatment strategies and interventions for clients.

• Maintaining collaborative working relationships with treatment community stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and authorized agencies, to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will engage with a diverse patient population at our Hospice Center, catering to individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. The telehealth format allows for an inclusive approach to therapy, ensuring that patients feel secure and respected as they undergo treatment from their homes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing counseling and therapeutic services.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A strong understanding of various mental health disorders and well-established therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
