Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily include individuals with complex emotional needs, many of whom may be dealing with terminal illnesses or significant life changes associated with hospice care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
