Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group settings, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, while also facilitating communication among the treatment team.
