Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Waves for Good, you will:

• Conduct high-quality, secure, and confidential teletherapy sessions with individuals and groups, ensuring client comfort and engagement.

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' emotional, social, and psychological needs, developing tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering resilience and recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support as necessary, ensuring client safety and stability during critical moments.

• Assist clients in navigating community resources, social services, and support systems that are integral to their long-term recovery and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records, detailed progress notes, and treatment plans consistent with legal and ethical standards.

In this role, you will primarily support individuals in a detoxification environment who are grappling with substance use and the emotional challenges that accompany recovery. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
