Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with assigned clients in both remote and community settings to deliver comprehensive mental health services.

• Develop and implement integrated treatment plans driven by evidence-based practices that address clients' unique needs.

• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to identify clients' mental health status, determining the need for further evaluation or intervention.

• Maintain communication with clients, their families, and other providers to ensure a cohesive, supportive treatment experience.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies to improve outcomes.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress activities in accordance with confidentiality regulations and organizational policies.

• Assist with crisis intervention as needed, employing de-escalation techniques and safety procedures.

• Carry a caseload that includes scheduling sessions, monitoring client engagement, and preparing for discharge planning.

• Deliver training or workshops to school staff on mental health awareness and supporting students’ emotional needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve students ranging from elementary through high school who are experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders. Your work will involve understanding the intricate dynamics of adolescent mental health, including issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. By utilizing a holistic approach, you are empowered to help students enhance their coping strategies, manage symptoms, and foster personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in California is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required; a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably in school-based services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
