While most sessions are conducted online, you may occasionally coordinate with school facilities and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather data on clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to clients’ unique situations.

• Utilize various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed to protect client well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to expand client engagement and coping skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
