Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to obtain a deep understanding of clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that specify clear goals and interventions, based on each client's unique needs.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans meticulously, adhering to ethical and legal standards to maintain compliance.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients and enhance their coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing a myriad of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and relational issues. Your expertise will enable individuals of all ages to navigate their struggles, enhance their coping mechanisms, and work towards achieving lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical practices.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and therapeutic approaches tailored to a multitude of client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
