Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to comprehend clients' emotional and mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop tailored treatment plans aimed at improving mental health outcomes, establishing clear goals and interventions based on client needs.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver cohesive and comprehensive care.

• Offer crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, along with crafting safety plans for clients in need of immediate support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and case notes that comply with all relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, providing a supportive platform for clients to share their experiences and learn coping skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse clientele grappling with various mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
