Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources that inform tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and coordinated care.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as required to support clients in distress.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment notes and progress reports.
