Protection Account Manager - Strategic Sales Location: United States; Remote GM Financial’s Protection Account Manager (PAM) program offers a hands‑on opportunity to build consultative sales skills, expand your professional network, and make a direct impact on dealership performance, customer loyalty and long‑term profitability. This four‑month developmental program prepares participants for a territory‑based Protection Sales Representative assignment through structured training, job shadowing, assessments and real-world dealership experience. The role involves frequent travel, close collaboration with dealership partners and exposure to field‑based sales coaching in a dynamic, performance‑focused environment. Our program offers: Executive and peer‑to‑peer networking opportunities. Exposure to products, systems, and other aspects of GM Protection Operations and GM Financial Dealer Services. Opportunities to shadow and learn from the GM Protection sales team,Field Finance and Insurance Trainers (F&I product), as well as the GM Financial lending team. Position will remain open until filled. This position is not open to agency submissions.
