Clinical Specialist - Government Accounts

Becton Dickinson seeks a Clinical Specialist to lead training and clinical standardization for urinary care products across VA and DoD healthcare systems. The role involves delivering education, conducting assessments, supporting product adoption, and traveling up to 75% within assigned territories across multiple US locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical training and standardization for BD's urinary care portfolio across VA and DoD settings
- Deliver live, virtual, and on-demand education using BD Clinical Connect tools and microlearning platforms
- Conduct product training assessments and collect data to improve clinical outcomes and adoption
- Support product evaluations, workflow integration, and clinical protocol development with healthcare facilities
- Present at local, regional, and national clinical conferences to promote product adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 3 years of patient care experience
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ED, or clinical leadership roles preferred
- Prior experience with VA/DoD or government healthcare systems strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Valid state-issued driver's license and compliance with BD auto safety standards
