Quality Improvement Manager

Lead organizational data collection, analysis, and reporting activities to support quality improvement, operational performance, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. Design, develop, and maintain data collection methodologies, reporting tools, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics that provide accurate, timely, and actionable information. Analyze operational, clinical, financial, and programmatic data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), quality measures, and outcome metrics across programs and services. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field required Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in research, program evaluation, healthcare analytics, public policy analysis, quality improvement, performance management, or a related field Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including statistical analysis, reporting, data management, and dashboard development Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive quality improvement and operational performance. Proficient in developing key performance indicators and utilizing advanced data management tools to support strategic planning and regulatory compliance.
