Real Estate New Construction Acquisitions Manager – Outside Sales Beachworks LLC is hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to drive off-market deal flow across the Puget Sound. This is a high-ticket, outside sales role focused on sourcing, negotiating, and closing residential real estate opportunities directly with homeowners. You’ll be in the field, sitting at kitchen tables, walking properties, knocking on doors, and structuring deals.
