Business Development Representative - Must Have Staffing Experience

Job Description
Centra is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) focusing on earning school contracts for clinical, special education staffing and ABA therapy services along with our traditional services business line focusing on therapists and nurses in hospitals, nursing homes, homecare and clinic settings.
\n \nIdeal Candidate:
\n \nHunter. A person who enjoys making phone calls and coordinating meetings with challenging accounts in order to achieve breakthroughs.
\n \nDifference Maker. Individual who is savvy and enjoys making lasting connections.
\n \nClient-Oriented Achiever. Someone who is focused on ensuring that the client always feels valued.
\n \nResults-Driven. The person that wants to be at the top of the sales leader board and brings an "Always Be Closing" (ABC) attitude.
\n \nReliable Teammate. A representative that focuses on the growth and overall success of the company, not just individual achievement.
\n \nPosition Responsibilities:
\n \nOpen new accounts. Hunt for profitable school / education services business that coincides with the company's objectives.
\n \nCustomer Service. Ensure that the client is always satisfied with Centra's services, so much so that they offer repeat business. You will work with a designated Centra Account Manager to make this happen!
\n \nRequirements:
\n \nExperience. 1 - 2 years of selling staffing services to educational institutions, ABA Therapy programs, hospitals, nursing homes or clinics is required.
\n \nCapability. Proven track record of solving customer challenges offering unparalleled customer service.
\n \nTechnical Skills. Accustomed to documenting activity in a CRM / ATS. Ideally experienced working within a Salesforce platform.
\n \nEducation. Minimum of an Associates degree.
\n \nTravel. All business is conducted via Zoom, emailing, texting and traditional phone calling. Traveling to client sites is discretionary based upon the needs and size of the client.
\n \nCompensation: $60,000 base salary + a highly competitive commission structure per contract earned + a quarterly bonus residual opportunity + health benefits contribution + 4% 401k match. *Get paid for every contract brought in regardless if the recruitment team makes a placement or not.
