Hospitalist physician employment in Texas :
Join a mission-driven, locally owned and governed health system in rural West Texas! One of the region?s most respected multispecialty health systems is hiring a full-time hospitalist for their newly acquired Level IV Trauma Facility in Big Spring, Texas.
Highlights:
- 7?on/7?off schedule, 7 am to 7 pm
- Has 4 beds, plans to eventually increase to 8 beds
- Open ICU with procedures
- Practice meaningful medicine in a community-focused setting
Recruitment Package:
- Robust base salary with several bonus opportunities, including quality incentives and productivity bonuses
