Role: Part-Time Registered Dietitian supporting hospitality-focused dining programs in various settings. Responsibilities Conduct nutrition assessments and provide medical nutrition therapy. Deliver personalized counseling tailored to diverse cultural and dietary needs. Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to develop nutritious, safe, and appealing menus that meet regulatory standards. Document care activities and support wellness education initiatives. Contribute to an inclusive, people-first environment emphasizing safety, respect, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of nutrition principles and medical nutrition therapy. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication and counseling skills.
