Vendor, Administrative Coordinator

SGS Consulting

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external heavy maintenance providers to fulfill aircraft material and tooling requirements
  • Track and communicate material status for each aircraft to Maintenance and Maintenance Control teams
  • Identify material shortages and support mitigation actions to prevent maintenance delays
  • Oversee shipment of unserviceable parts to designated repair vendors
  • Monitor and coordinate the return of unused or excess materials to airline stations
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Material Planning, Stores, Supplier Management, and AOG Desk
  • Support smooth aircraft return-to-service during heavy maintenance visits

  • Aircraft Maintenance Planning & Materials Coordination
  • Heavy Maintenance (HMV) and MRO Operations
  • Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC)
  • Work Cards and Component Repair Manuals (CMM)
  • MEL and Maintenance Deferral Processes
  • Aircraft Maintenance & Materials Management Systems (web-based airline systems)
  • AOG (Aircraft on Ground) processes
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments

Education/Experience:

  • High School.
