Inventory Coordinator Chula Vista, CA 91910
12+ Months contract $24/hr 1st shift Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records by processing inventory and warehouse documentation efficiently.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory discrepancies and transaction errors.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and cross-functional teams to support spares operations.
- Ensure materials are properly received, stored, tracked, and distributed per established procedures.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects including 5S and workplace organization.
- Adhere to quality management, safety, and compliance standards.
- Identify and suggest opportunities to enhance inventory processes and workflow.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or material control roles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to process high transaction volumes accurately.
- Proficient with computerized inventory or warehouse systems.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Effective communicator, organized, and reliable in a team setting.
- Eligible as a U.S. Person (required for employment).
