Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies Support creation and maintenance of job descriptions and postings Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels (job boards, referrals, social media, networking, etc.) Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and relationship management Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, associations, and educational institutions Collaborate with internal teams to support employer branding and recruitment initiatives Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and organizational fit Facilitate interviews and provide guidance on selection processes Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and coordination Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies Track recruiting activity and provide reporting on key metrics Support ongoing improvements to recruiting processes and programs Assist with additional HR or recruitment-related projects as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of recruiting or related experience Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Compensation and Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
