Commision-Based B2B Sales Representative- Cleaning Services

AliAlo Cleaning is expanding and looking for motivated, independent sales representatives to help us acquire new cleaning clients and recurring contracts.

This is a **remote, commission-based sales opportunity with multiple positions available.** There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary. Compensation is based on the qualifying business successfully generated under the commission agreement.

**Growth Opportunity:** After 90 days, high-performing contractors may apply to be considered for a more permanent sales position offering **base pay + commission**, with potential advancement into a **Lead Sales or Sales Management role**. Consideration will be based on performance, sales results, reliability, company growth, and business needs. This opportunity is not guaranteed and is intended to create a pathway for top-performing representatives who want to grow long-term with AliAlo Cleaning.

You will focus on generating new business for our commercial cleaning, Airbnb/rental turnover, move-in/move-out, and select residential cleaning services.

Our ideal representative is comfortable protecting, contacting decision-makers, following up consistently, and helping turn prospects into paying customers.

**Commission opportunities include $25-$75 for qualifying individual cleaning bookings and $125-$500+ for qualifying recurring contracts, depending on contract value.**

There is no preset commission cap. Successful representatives who consistently generate substantial new business can earn thousands in commissions; however, earnings are not guaranteed and depend on results.

### Job requirements

* Sales, B2B sales, business development, appointment-setting or lead-generation experience preferred
* Comfortable making outbound calls and sending prospecting emails
* Able to identify and contact decision-makers
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Persistent and organized with follow-up
* Comfortable working independently
* Able to maintain accurate records of leads and prospects
* Comfortable with performance/commission-based compensation
* Professional when representing AliAlo Cleaning
* Ability to prospect property managers, Airbnb/rental operators, offices, real-estate professionals, apartment communities and other commercial prospects
* Cleaning-industry experience is **not required**
* Must be willing to actively generate opportunities rather than wait for incoming leads
