You NEED TO BE LOCATED IN/NEAR LOS ANGELES
Role Overview Housebuildr is hiring a high-performance Inside Sales Representative / Closer to convert qualified appointments into signed deals. This role is built for competitive sales professionals who thrive on structure, accountability, and uncapped income. You will be speaking with pre-qualified homeowners , running a proven sales process, and closing deals using Housebuildr systems, scripts, and support. What You’ll Do
- Run scheduled sales appointments with qualified homeowners (no cold calling)
- Follow Housebuildr’s step-by-step sales process and presentation
- Diagnose homeowner needs and present the correct solution
- Overcome objections using approved scripts and frameworks
- Close deals and submit clean, complete contracts
- Update CRM notes and deal status accurately and on time
- Coordinate handoff to operations after close
- Proven sales experience (inside sales, solar, home services, or high-ticket preferred)
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Coachable, disciplined, and process-driven
- Comfortable with performance metrics and accountability
- Reliable schedule and professional work environment
- Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
- Fast commission payouts
